YouTube Announces Expansion of Features: Auto-Dubbing, Inspiration Tab, and Dream Screen

YouTube features expansion in auto-dubbing is now available to more creators in 11 new languages. The Inspiration Tab is available in the EU, UK, and Switzerland; AI-powered dream screen features are available in the UK and a few other regions.

There are three updates we are going to talk about: Auto-Dubbing, Inspiration Tab & Dream Screen. Let’s dive into it:

Auto Dubbing

YouTube expanded the auto-dubbing feature. Last year, in 2024, it was limited to a few creators. Now, it is available to all creators who are part of the YouTube Partner Program and verified creators.

The feature automatically translates audio into multiple languages, and viewers can select their preferred language. Before the new update, the feature was available in 9 languages, and it is now available in 11 new languages.

The 9 languages are: Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Italian, Hindi, Indonesian, Japanese, and English.

The 11 new languages are: Dutch, Korean, Malayalam, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Tamil, Telugu, Turkish, Ukrainian, and Vietnamese.

Inspiration Tab

The AI-assisted Inspiration tab is now available in the European Union(EU), the United Kingdom (UK), and Switzerland.  Creators can go to YouTube Studio and find the Inspiration tab in the Content tab.

The tool will help creators generate ideas, create video structures, and generate titles/thumbnails. Making the content journey easier with the help of AI.

Dream Screen

YouTube’s generative AI model, Dream Screen, has launched in the UK and is now available in the USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Using a prompt, the tool helps create a video backdrop and 6-second videos.

Auto Beat Sync

A few months back, YouTube announced it would bring new Shorts creation tools. The latest update is here now: Creators can sync imported shorts content to the beat. The feature allows creators to add photos and videos from their phone, and then they have to choose a song. The feature will automatically beat-sync the video.

New artist channel resources
