1. Once you are on the veefly dashboard, you will find the “Promote a video” option on your left. Click on it.
2. Paste the link of the YouTube video or channel in the box.
To find the URL of the video, go to YouTube and open the YT video you wish to promote through veefly. Then, copy the URL link and paste it on the dashboard.
3. Click on “Promote Now”.
Now you can see the campaign setup page. Here you can decide the budget and targeting of your promotional campaign. Don’t be overwhelmed. We’ll walk you through it step by step. It’s super easy.
4. Under the YouTube video link, you can see a subsection of “what do you want besides views?” In this section, we provide a few secondary goal options other than YouTube views.
Let’s check out what they are:
- Subscribers: If your primary objective with the campaign is to grow your Youtube channel, this option pairs best with getting new views.
- Likes and comments: Engagement is a vital metric when it comes to the YT algorithm. You can customize your campaign to focus on achieving more likes and comments along with increased views.
- Website traffic: If you have an e-commerce site, you can prioritize directing the viewers to your website. Veefly enables you to customize your campaign based on your goals and objectives.
- Social fans: You can also prioritize growing your social media fans through the veefly campaign. However, you can choose only one social media platform profile to boost. Make your pick.

If you choose website traffic, social fans, or app installs as your secondary objective; you will have to fill in the respective link addresses under the options.
For example: If you choose “website traffic”, Then paste your website link in the box.

5. Next, Fill in the campaign budget. The base price for starting a promotional campaign on veefly is only $10.

6. Once the budget is set, you can target audiences based on their location. You can target specific countries based on your content and preferences.
You can target as many countries as you want. It doesn’t affect your budget; however, it does affect the number of views you get. So be strategic while targeting countries. If you aren’t sure, you can always leave it empty and we’ll take care of it. It’s an optional setting.
7. Next, you have to specify the “what is your video content?”.
If it’s a music video, you have to select the music video option and for everything else, you can choose the regular video setting.
In order to better promote your video, we need first to understand your video content. Hence you must choose the correct option.
8. Put in the appropriate keywords. Enter the keywords that best describe your video content and your niche.
For example: If your video is titled “How to start a YouTube Channel?” your keywords will be YouTube, YouTube marketing, content creators, YouTubers, YT beginners.
You can put in as many keywords as you want. Just press enter and keep going.
